Automatic discrepancy checking

When a customs document is retrieved by the platform, EZdatacenter immediately runs a series of automatic checks. The system verifies the match between the declared amounts, the issued receipts and the invoices of the supplier or customs freight forwarder.

In the event of a discrepancy — even a minor one — the system generates an automatic alert that is notified to the user. This makes it possible to act promptly, preventing errors from going unnoticed and accumulating over time.

Approval workflow

The platform offers a complete document approval system. Every document can be:

  • Verified — Automatic checking of amounts and data
  • Approved — Manual or automatic confirmation of accuracy
  • Signed — Digital signature for final validation
  • Stamped — Addition of digital stamps for traceability
