CBAM

Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism

From 1 January 2026 the CBAM is in its definitive phase: reporting obligations and registration in the authorised Registry apply. The purchase and surrender of CBAM certificates begin only in February 2027 (Reg. EU 2025/2083). EZdatacenter tracks and archives CO2 data per shipment, integrating with the CBAM Registry.

EUDR

EU Deforestation Regulation

Regulation (EU) 2023/1115 mandates due diligence on deforestation-risk products (cattle, cocoa, coffee, palm oil, rubber, soy, wood). Application has been postponed to 30 December 2026 for large and medium enterprises and to 30 June 2027 for micro and small enterprises (Reg. EU 2025/2650). EZdatacenter tracks the supply chain and archives compliance declarations with production geolocation.

Digital Administration Code (Italy)

Tax-relevant electronic documents, including electronic customs slips, must be retained in a way that guarantees authenticity, integrity, reliability, legibility and retrievability over time. EZdatacenter submits documents to compliant retention through a qualified preservation provider registered in the AgID Marketplace, with digital signature and time stamp compliant with the AgID guidelines.
