The MAU Delegation (Modello Autorizzativo Unico) allows EZdatacenter to access customs documents on behalf of your company, retrieve them automatically and archive them in a compliant manner.
What is the MAU Delegation
The MAU (Modello Autorizzativo Unico) is the Italian Customs and Monopolies Agency (ADM) system that allows companies to delegate access to their customs documents to third parties, such as EZdatacenter.
Once the delegation has been activated, the client accesses the DAUdatacenter portal and immediately finds all the customs documents produced, including Export Accompanying Documents (EAD), XML Ivisto, Accounting Statements and Summary Statements, retrieved directly from the Customs systems, archived in a fully paperless manner and compliant with applicable EU regulations.

ADM portal access
Log in to the Italian Customs and Monopolies Agency (ADM) portal using your SPID, CIE or CNS credentials.
MAU section
Within the reserved area, navigate to the MAU (Modello Autorizzativo Unico) section.
EZdatacenter authorisation
Authorise EZdatacenter SA as delegate for the automatic retrieval of customs documents.
Automatic activation
From that moment on, all import and export customs documents flow automatically into DAUdatacenter. No further action is required.
What happens after activation
Customs documents are downloaded automatically from the Italian Customs and Monopolies Agency systems
Each document is archived in PDF and XML format in the DAUdatacenter portal
Preservation is guaranteed for 10 years in a proprietary data centre
Advanced search allows you to find any document within seconds
Monitoring is centralised: all forwarders, all operations, one single portal
