Archive documents received by email or post simply by forwarding them to a predefined mailbox. The system classifies and archives them automatically.
Email forwarding
Every EZdatacenter client has a dedicated email inbox. Simply forward the supporting customs documents — DAE, tax schedules, waybills, statements — to this address and the system takes care of everything else.
The document is automatically analysed, classified by type, linked to the correct supplier or freight forwarder and archived in the right location within the platform. No manual upload or cataloguing is required.
Virtual Printer
For documents that do not arrive by email, EZdatacenter offers a virtual printer function. Instead of physically printing a document, the user «prints» it to the EZdatacenter virtual printer. The document is captured in digital format and automatically added to the archiving workflow.
This function is particularly useful for documents generated by management software or ERP systems that lack native digital export capabilities.
Intelligent classification
The system can automatically recognise the type of document received and classify it correctly. DAE, eVV, accounting statements, tax schedules, waybills: every customs document ends up in the right place, without human intervention. The goal is always the same: to make everything easy.
